Listed in September by The Pozek Group, the residence at 10151 Enchanted Oak Dr. boasts some of the most unique amenities on the market. Its .79-acre lot is buffered by conservation. The resort-style setting includes a pool with a grotto, rock waterfall, and a slide. And the outdoor recreation area is accented with multiple fire pits and offers a summer kitchen.

And then there’s the movie theater.

Grand designs

Modeled after the Millennium Falcon from the Star Wars movie franchise, the theater offers luxury seating, movie-quality designs, and a life-size Chewbacca replica. The home also features an outdoor pizza oven modeled after Toothless from How to Train Your Dragoon, a replica of the marble fireplace from Cinderella’s Castle apartment at Magic Kingdom, and stained glass accents inspired by Disney theme parks.

The nearly 11,000-square-foot Mediterranean-designed home begins with soaring ceilings that cap a two-story great room. A sweeping staircase is anchored by a custom crystal chandelier.

The chef’s kitchen is designed with top-of-the-line appliances and custom cabinetry. And a temperature-controlled wine room accommodates pairings for any culinary creation.

A first-floor master suite features two gas fireplaces, a sitting area overlooking the pool, and a spa bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Six additional bedrooms include a fully detached apartment over one of the estate’s four garages.

Closing the deal

“We ended up with multiple offers,” said listing agent and Pozek Group team leader, Ken Pozek, who sold the home for $200,000 higher than a previous realtor listing.” Pozek credits his firm’s social media strategy on Instagram and YouTube channels for the attention and the end result. “We also had it featured on Mansion Global and Zillow gone wild, reaching a combined one million views across all platforms.”

The listing also made the rounds on several news sites, from the New York Post to the UK’s Daily Record, boosting the already high profile of the exclusive Disney-operated luxury home community.

Golden opportunities

Golden Oak boasted eight of the top 10 highest Central Florida home sales of 2025 and five of the top 10 in 2024. The community is considered part of Walt Disney World Resort and owners enjoy membership to Golden Oak Club’s restaurants and recreational amenities.

According to Pozek Group information, Golden Oak currently has nine listings on the market. The average sale price is $10.7 million with an average 143 days on the market.
