By Jessica Hristov

Disney Springs is one of the best places in Central Florida that offers great food, shopping, and entertainment. It is a place where all ages can have a good time. Although Disney Springs offers so much to see and do, one of the best parts about it is the incredible restaurants! Here is our pick for the best restaurants at Disney Springs.

1. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Homecomin’ is not only one of the best restaurants in Disney Springs but it’s also one of the best restaurants…ever. Homecomin’ serves up the best Southern homestyle cuisine and comfort food. Celebrity chef Art Smith owns the delicious restaurant, and his accolades include being a personal chef for some famous former Florida governors and for Oprah! The food here is farm to table and always has the most fresh and delicious ingredients.

Some favorites from the brunch menu include House Made Doughnuts, Grits & Greens Breakfast Bowl, Short Rib Hash, Grand-Daddy Plate, and the Hallelujah Biscuit. Lunch and dinner favorites include Thigh High Chicken Biscuits, The Art Burger, Art’s Famous Fried Chicken, Fried Chicken & Donuts, Chopped Pork Barbecue, Cheddar Drop Biscuits and much, much more. For dessert, try the Hummingbird Cake. It’s Chef Art’s famous banana-pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting, seasonal fruit gastrique and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Everything about this place is great and you truly can’t go wrong with the menu selection! Homecomin’ is very popular, so you’ll want to book your reservations in advance.

2. The Polite Pig

The Polite Pig is another amazing restaurant at Disney Springs. Here, you can find some of the best barbecued and smoked dishes! The food, the atmosphere, and the service here is great! It’s a casual, quick service dining location owned by James, Julie and Chef Brian Petrakis who are also well-known in the Orlando area for their other restaurants, The Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder.

3. Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar

Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar is a hidden gem in Disney Springs. Located under Maria & Enzo’s Restaurant, Enzo’s Hideaway is a speakeasy-style establishment that serves Prohibition-era drinks and Roman-style dishes. The atmosphere here is cool and it feels as if you stepped back in time to the 1920s. The Tunnel Bar has nice servers, great music, creative and humorous graffiti, and awesome food!

Chef Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef America owns this amazing restaurant, and it serves up the finest takes on Japanese, Chinese, and Korean food. Morimoto Asia does a great job of incorporating culture in every aspect of the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is incredible and even has a glass-enclosed kitchen that gives guests a sneak peek of the delicious food they’re about to eat.
