Phase 1 is currently underway, featuring the installation of an automated parking guidance system in all three airport garages and the addition of 40 concessions. The mix includes national brands and local favorites such as Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream, Black Bean Deli, Otto’s High Dive, and Maxine’s on Shine. Openings are scheduled between mid-2026 and late 2028.

Phase 2, now in development, has secured 10-year lease agreements with the following vendors:

  • Bahia Bowls
  • Bricks & Bowls
  • Chick-fil-A
  • Crisp & Green
  • Einstein Bros. Bagels
  • InMotion
  • Just Love Coffee Cafe
  • Naya Middle Eastern Counter & Grill
  • Panda Express
  • Piggza
  • Sambazon
  • Shake Shack
  • Starbucks

“Through this concession program, we are bringing unique flavors and innovative concepts directly to our guests, while continuing to offer the national brands they know and enjoy,” said Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Lance Lyttle. A third phase is planned, but details have not yet been released.

Bricks & Bowls Local Growth

The MCO location will be the third for Bricks & Bowls, which began as a service counter in the Mall at Millenia food court. The original menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches is also featured at its first Winter Park restaurant at 331 S. Park Ave., and was later expanded with breakfast and dinner selections at a second Winter Park spot in the Center for Health & Wellbeing.

Bricks & Bowls ownership group Orlando Ghost Kitchen announced in September that it would not to renew the Mall at Millennia lease, citing a new opportunity, which was the airport plan. Co-owner Colton O’Dwyer told The Orlando Real that the new site will build on the service model at the Center for Health & Wellbeing venue. “Right now, we’re scheduled for Terminal B and the location will be similar to our Center for Health & Wellbeing setup,” he said. “But breakfast will be much more robust with coffee options, and lunch will expand to include smoothies and acai bowls.”

The concession plan is part of a broader $5.9 billion Capital Improvement Plan, previously reported by The Orlando Real, designed to streamline airport operations and enhance the guest experience. This effort also includes upgrades to the Gate Link trams servicing Airsides 2 and 4, with work expected to continue through fall 2027.
