Explore Celebration Real Estate
Celebration was designed with several home types in mind. The real estate market in this community is made up of gorgeous, single-family homes, and modern townhomes and condos. Homes here range in price point, with both affordable options as well as luxury estates available for prospective homebuyers.
The homes for sale in Celebration are immaculately designed, largely with Colonial and Victorian influences: bold columns over porches, or gorgeous towers and turrets. You’ll also find both charming Bungalows and gorgeous luxury properties—many with over five bedrooms and bathrooms.
Because the homes in Celebration are relatively new builds, you’ll find a lot of the desirable modern upgrades that are so sought after on the real estate market. These include open floor plans, tile floors, walk-in closets, and more.
Condos and townhomes in this community are instantly recognizable, as they usually leave behind the Colonial and Victorian architecture and go for a more modern, Mediterranean style instead—specifically with stucco exteriors, red shingled roofs, and neutral colors. That isn’t to say, however, that there aren’t single-family homes built in Mediterranean styles, or that there aren’t condos and townhomes in Victorian styles; these properties are simply rarer in this community.
In regards to condo amenities, aside from being centrally-located, the properties also come equipped with parking spaces and other features. Many include the following: a pool and/or spa, outdoor spaces, a clubhouse, lounge areas and a games room, and a fitness center.
