One of College Park’s biggest draws (other than its quiet, well-maintained residential streets!) is its close proximity to the Downtown Orlando area. It’s about a 10-minute drive to get to the center of the city and access all the exclusive amenities there, from top-rated restaurants to exciting entertainment. This neighborhood is vibrant and quite affluent, and property in this area is very desirable.

Real estate in the neighborhood is highly sought-after. As a result, home prices typically start at higher price points, but homebuyers do have a lot of choice in regards to home style. College Park is recognized for its picturesque, cottage-style homes—typically single-story constructions with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and mature trees on the property.

Some of the more affordable properties for sale are located on the east side, and these homes are typically older—and smaller—bungalows. However, they are well cared for and still offer the peaceful College Park lifestyle that so many are after. While mostly single-family homes, there are also some condo and townhouse units for sale in College Park. These properties, as well, start at lower price points and are a possible option for first-time homebuyers.

College Park homes are generally luxury properties, available as both new construction builds and older (even historic) homes. In regards to the latter, there are (in rare occasions) homes for sale in College Park with construction dates going all the way back to the 1940s.

For golf enthusiasts, there is also real estate for sale on the Dubsdread Golf Course. The most exclusive properties in this community have lake views. While many of the homes are separated from the lake by the street, there are a few College Park homes (the majority of which are on Lake Concord and Lake Silver) that have their own dock.
