On May 22, 2025, Universal Epic Universe will open. Let’s break down everything we know so far about Universal’s latest venture into epic storytelling and adventure.
Epic Universe will span 750 acres!
Epic Universe will be a few miles from Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay. Unlike previous parks, guests will drive directly to Epic Universe rather than entering through Universal CityWalk.
Complimentary resort shuttle transportation will also be available to connect visitors with the rest of the Universal Orlando Resort.
Epic Universe Tickets & Hotels
To experience Epic Universe, guests will need special ticket options:
- 2025 visitors can purchase the 3-Park Explorer Ticket with 1-Day Epic Universe access.
- 2026 visitors will need an All-Park Ticket for entry.
- Annual pass holders will have the opportunity to purchase a 1-day, dated admission ticket add-on.
Epic Universe will also introduce three new hotels, providing guests with exclusive access and immersive stays:
- Universal Helios Grand Hotel: located inside the park, this Mediterranean-inspired luxury resort, opening on May 22, features celestial-themed decor and breathtaking views.
- Universal Stella Nova Resort: a cosmic-themed getaway inspired by the vastness of the universe (now).
- Universal Terra Luna Resort: a futuristic, space-inspired retreat (now open).
FIVE THEMED WORLDS
Epic Universe will feature five distinct worlds, all connected through the Celestial Park hub. Each world is accessed through grand, obelisk-like portals, inviting guests to explore new realms of fantasy and adventure.
Celestial Park
The first world guests will encounter, Celestial Park is a lush, futuristic space featuring gardens, waterways, and pathways designed to immerse visitors in a cosmic-inspired environment. By day, it’s a serene oasis and by night, it transforms into a glowing spectacle. Key attractions include:
