Flower Cafe

Right off of 192 in the Promenade at Sunset Walk, you’ll find the Flower Cafe. This coffee shop and cafe offers healthier snacks like breakfast sandwiches and green smoothies, as well as baked delicious treats like red velvet cake and key lime pie. The chill ambience of this cafe, with neutral tones and plants galore, paves the way for a relaxing dining experience right in the middle of Orlando!

Food & Drinks

The Flower Cafe has so much to offer for the average guest, from larger meals to smaller treats and pastries. We chose breakfast sandwiches, which were also served with a house made salad. The salad was filled with berries, beans, and veggies. In addition to this, the dressing on the salad was so good that I had to resist the urge to ask for the recipe. The sandwiches were so delicious and their sourdough breads are actually house made as well!

This cafe also offers a variety of pastries from macarons to cakes, as well as breakfast treats like croissants and muffins. On their drink menu, you’ll find traditional coffee shop offerings like espressos and lattes. You’ll also find a variety of teas, juices, and smoothies, some of which are filled with immunity boosters and vitamins.

Location

Where this little cafe lives is really what helps it thrive. Being right next to Margaritaville and in the heart of the Promenade Plaza, there are so many restaurants, rides, and photo opportunities surrounding it. This is definitely a spot where Orlando visitors can get some work done that is relatively close to surrounding hotels! This is just one of many cafes in the area where both visitors and locals can relax, work, and eat.

Eco-Friendly

Something that excites me when trying new places and foods is when restaurants and shops are eco-conscious. This cafe serves all of their food and drinks with biodegradable plasticware. They constantly make an effort to encourage guests to recycle with their waste bins. Plant-based items are also featured on their menu and have plants housed around their shop, which made me feel even more green!

Overall

If you’re looking for a cafe with a relaxed vibe and delicious food, look no further than Flower Cafe. With its unique location and tasty snacks, this cafe has so much to offer. You can enjoy this cafe whether you’re on vacation and need a break, or a college student looking to get some homework done. Although I only sampled their sandwiches and salads on my last visit, I can’t wait to go back and try some of their baked treats and pastries as well!
