Believe it or not, you don’t have to dish out your entire life savings on a ticket to Hawaii just to taste its cuisine. Orlando has — once again — the perfect spot to satisfy those cravings, and it’s called Honolulu Harry’s!

All About Honolulu Harry’s

Honolulu Harry’s is a Hawaiian-themed restaurant that serves Hawaiian-inspired dishes with an American twist; it’s located on the ground floor of the Wellesley in College Park on Edgewater Drive. This place opened in July of 2022 and has been a hit among locals and patrons ever since!

You can stop by Honolulu Harry’s on Tuesdays through Thursdays, as well as Sundays, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

What’s on the Menu?

Honolulu Harry’s menu has a “small bites” section that packs a big punch of flavor! You can order appetizers such as the pear salad, Spam fries, Hawaiian macaroni salad, Maui meatballs with a pineapple glaze, tuna poke and more.

This restaurant also serves entrees such as the braised short rib, pineapple chicken, island tacos and more, as well as desserts like a chocolate lava cake and pineapple upside down cake!

As for drinks, you can sip on fruity signature cocktails such as the key lime pie, Mai Tai, passion fashion, Hawaiian margarita, banana daiquiri and more. There are also specialty drinks such as the bubble bath, eyes on me, and give me the tea,

Honolulu Harry’s strives to bring flavors to its menu that are sure to make you feel like you’re dining in paradise!

The Atmosphere and More

Honolulu Harry’s definitely tries to take the Hawaiian theme seriously, and it manages to do so while still maintaining that classy touch that College Park establishments tend to give off.

You can capture a cute photo with your drink against the leafy-patterned wall beneath the neon pink “I licked it so it’s mine” sign!

Hanging from the ceiling above the bar are light fixtures with a shade reminiscent of traditional Hawaiian grass skirts.

If you’re looking to have even more fun beyond a plate and drinking glass, then be sure to stop by on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. for Tiki Trivia Tuesdays where your second drink is only $2!


Overall

Honolulu Harry’s succeeds in its mission to offer the city of Orlando a tropical dining experience without the Hawaiian prices. It’s not the island, but its food and drinks come pretty close! Next time you find yourself craving Spam, head over to Honolulu Harry’s!
