Tavistock Development Company is adding more national brands to its 405,000-square-foot Lake Nona West lifestyle center, set to open next year. Health and beauty brands Sephora and JETSET Pilates recently joined the growing list of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
Places to shop, space to stroll
The first wave of retailers was announced in May and accounted for 300,000 square feet of pre-leased space. Brands included anchor tenant Target, Nordstrom Rack, Total Wine & More, Barnes & Noble, and HomeSense. In August, Dick’s Sporting Goods announced plans to fill a 66,562-square-foot junior anchor spot along with a Golf Galaxy Performance Center.

Set inside 54 acres by the intersection of Lake Nona Boulevard and Boggy Creek Road, the Lake Nona West open-air design will feature shaded walkways, landscaped plazas, public art, and flexible event spaces. A mix of boutique retailers and personal services will supplement the list of national brands.
EV friendly amenity
Lake Nona West will also offer a 20-stall, Level 3 electric vehicle charging hub.
Guests can also take advantage of a 20-stall, Level 3 electric vehicle charging hub by Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging. Stations will provide charging speeds of up to 400 kW and be available to all EV drivers.
