Insomnia Cookies is being given a run for its money, because there’s a new late-night cookie shop in town, and it’s catered to the night owls. Night Owl Cookies is new to East Orlando, and its tastes are insanely good!
About Night Owl Cookies
Night Owl Cookies is a late-night cookie company located in East Orlando on University Boulevard near UCF.
This company got its start in Miami, founded by Andrew Gonzalez, who wanted to turn his love for sweets into a thriving chain to be enjoyed by everyone (at all hours).

Night Owl Cookies has since dominated the South Florida dessert scene and recently brought its first Central Florida location to Orlando earlier this year.
With hungry college kids wandering about looking for a sugary fix to cure the stress of finals, East Orlando makes for the perfect place for Night Owl to call home.

The Cookies
When you choose to snack at Night Owl Cookies, you’ll find cookies galore, and more!
You can buy a single cookie or boxes of four, six, and 12, and there are endless unique options to choose from! Some signature cookie flavors include Ave Maria, Birthday Cake, Brookie, Chocolate Chip, and Cookies & Cream.
We bought a box of four, and needless to say, Night Owl Cookies did not disappoint!
- Rainbow Over Bedrock offers the perfect kind of sweetness with a touch of nostalgia as it’s sprinkled with Fruity Pebbles cereal.
- Covered from head to toe in red sugar crystals is the Sugar Daddy, which is sure to please everyone’s sweet tooth.
- Dark Chocolate S’mores brings tasty campfire treats straight to you with warm, freshly baked cookies, real graham cracker, and melted toasted marshmallow to seal the deal.
- The Red Velvet cookie tasted just as good — if not better than — the cake itself! Topped with delicious cream cheese frosting and crushed graham cracker, this cookie is to die for.
If you’re not quite in the mood for cookies, Night Owl also serves ice cream and milkshakes!

The bright white interior strikes unassuming eyes as being a simple dining establishment, but the cookies on the menu are anything but.
