Explore Reunion Real Estate

Ever expanding, the community of Reunion has a lot to offer in regards to real estate. Many of the homes are new construction, which presents an incredible investment opportunity for homebuyers. While many do use homes in Reunion as rental properties, there are permanent residents, as well.

The area of Reunion is made up of single-family homes, condos, and townhomes, as well as a selection of hotels. In regards to architecture, Reunion has a mixture of more modern and more traditional styles, which includes both Mediterranean and Florida Coastal beach designs.

There are a large number of condos in Reunion, which are a great option for potential buyers. These properties are quite generous in terms of square footage, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. And, of course, they start at lower price points than single-family homes. But possibly the biggest appeal of these homes (other than their rental potential or as a beautiful second home) is their location. Some of the condos in this neighborhood are found right on the golf course, or (in the case of the villas) back right onto the Reunion waterpark. For those dreaming of a golf property or a home with some incredible views, these condos for sale are a great opportunity.

Perhaps some of the most desirable real estate in this community are the luxury homes for sale. These massive, sprawling estates (found in the separate Reunion neighborhood of The Bear’s Den) offer truly everything you would ever want in a property: several bedrooms and bathrooms, modern upgrades, a backyard pool, and priceless privacy. Plus, these homes are also located on the golf course, overlooking the green or the area water features.

Reunion Highlights & Amenities

As Reunion is a resort community, it offers residents and guests some excellent amenities. As previously mentioned, Reunion is gated, which offers additional privacy and security for its residents. However, access to amenities is dependent on a combination of HOA and membership fees—but purchasing social and golf memberships are not compulsory.

Amenities include the area’s three golf courses, Nicklaus, Palmer, and Watson. These challenging courses wind all through the residential areas. The Nicklaus Course is located north of the 400, whilst the other two are located south. Reunion is also home to the Reunion Resort Water Park, which includes the Aquatic Playground, pools, slides, bicycle rentals, restaurants, and (its most recognizable attraction) a Lazy River.

There are several neighborhood pools (seven in total), tennis courts and sports fields, and parks and playgrounds found all through the community that residents can enjoy, as well as a fitness center. The condos in this community have their own features, which typically includes similar amenities such as an outdoor pool and entertaining spaces, a fitness center, expert landscaping, and tennis courts. Reunion also offers booking and transportation to the nearby theme parks, including Disney. Walt Disney World is about a 15-20 minute drive from Reunion.

Residents who enjoy dining out can also stop by one of Reunion’s seven highly-rated restaurants. However, journeying out of the community is quick and easy, and even more dining and shopping options are but a short drive away.
