Sunbridge Community Orlando Florida

Central Florida is full of housing communities but it’s always exciting seeing something new coming to the area. The new Sunbridge community in north St. Cloud is just east of MCO and gives more of a secluded forest feel. This community is another heavy hitter that will definitely rank as high as Horizon West and other Lake Nona lots. Ranging from full family homes, villas, condos and even a 55+ subdivisions. Let’s dive in deeper as we go through everything Sunbridge has to offer.

Appealing Aspects

The location of Sunbridge is really what’s bringing folks in. 10 minutes from Lake Nona and the endless art, culture, food and excitement that has to offer. 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, 35 to Disney World. One short drive down the 417 and you’re exactly where you want to be.

Infrastructure

What’s important to remember about this development is the incredible amount of thought that went into making this easy to access, making sure those who will eventually find their forever homes here are not completely bogged down by Orlando traffic when trying to get home. The infrastructure plan leading into the huge lots of homes will in time be Sunbridge Parkway, a road that will run from 528 directly into the community. Starting about 2 miles east of Narcoosee, the artineal road will ensure safer and faster access within the area. In time, the road will stretch over 528 leading directly down to the Atlantic Coast which means only about 45 minutes to the beach from here!

Not Big, Huge.

There’s no other way to put it, this community is enormous. Just to put it into perspective, Manhattan is 10,890 acres. Sunbridge will nearly triple the size of that.

Conservation

You can have a clear conscience being a part of the growth of Sunbridge knowing that an immense amount of conservation and showcasing of nature will be one of the highlighted features. Using the wood harvested to create the community, the builders are implementing that same lumber in the architecture of the homes. Now before you say termites or wind, have faith in the constant upkeep with termite bonds and county requirements.

The Big Dig

Alongside the beautiful array of homes will be the heavily anticipated Marina District. The concept could be closely compared to the Lake Nona Town Center. Imagine the hustle and bustle of the Towne center placed strategically on a 47 acre man made lake. It will have retail and commercial space as well as additional housing. This offers residents another more private area for leisurely activities while staying close to home.
