What is it?
The Whole Enchilada is a small Florida chain with 4 locations throughout the area. It’s owned by the Knallhart Management Group who has a repertoire of restaurants and venues throughout the state. One of these restaurants is actually located right next door! Harrel’s is a fancy hot dog spot, so if you have a little room left in your stomach after scarfing down tacos, you can check it out too!
Where is it located?
Located right in the middle of downtown Winter Garden, The Whole Enchilada is near everything the area has to offer. Tons of cute and interesting storefronts, bars, restaurants, etc. You’ll be able to get a good picture of Winter Garden from here.
Setting
No need to dress up or get fancy for this spot, get your food and relax! When you walk up, you’ll order your food, be given a number, and your food will be brought to you. It’s not a full service restaurant. Both the downstairs and upstairs sections have a full bar as well so you have options. The upstairs section is really where this spot shines. The ground is lined with fake grass, the seating is eclectic, and the views are amazing. If you’re looking for a spot for lunch outdoors, this spot delivers.
Food
The food options are just as you’d expect from a tex mex spot. Tacos, Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Burritos, etc. I always get the Hasslehoff (two tacos + Chips & Salsa). The street corn is also great if you’re looking for an app to add. Anything on the menu will satisfy your taste buds! Make sure you pair your platter with something behind the bar. You can’t go wrong with a margarita or a Corona!
