You probably saw that handsome headshot and decided you needed to check out my bio. Instead of boring you with stats, here's a quick story:
I met Rene and Courtney at an open house in Winter Garden while they were visiting from Massachusetts. We clicked immediately - I like to think I can be charming. They were dreaming of moving to Florida but didn't know much about the area, so I became their Orlando expert.
Everything was going great....until they broke my heart and decided they preferred St. Augustine. I was excited for them (it's an amazing city), but bummed I wouldn't have these clients-turned-friends nearby.
Then they surprised me - they insisted I still represent them.
Even though none of us knew the St. Augustine area, they trusted I would do what I always do: dive in, learn every neighborhood, school, and subdivision, and work my tail off to find the right home. In a few weeks I gave myself a crash course on everything St. Augustine. We spent three days touring the city, and we found their perfect Florida home.
Now they have a trusted friend in Orlando, I have great new friends in St. Augustine, and I have a story that perfectly sums up how I approach real estate: with hustle, humor, and a relentless commitment to going above and beyond for my clients.
