Luxury homes are typically found in the west end, in some of the premier neighborhoods in the city. Heathrow, as an example, is made up of beautiful single-family homes with higher price points. One of the biggest draws to this area, other than the stunning homes, is the quiet streets and the emphasis on preserving the natural Florida features. With tall, mature trees, expert landscaping, a multitude of lakes, and the privacy of being located near the Rock Springs Run Wildlife Management Area and/or on the Heathrow Legacy Country Club, there’s no wonder why this is a highly sought-after place to purchase real estate.
There are also a number of new construction homes for sale, many of which are located in the gated neighborhoods of Steeple Chase and Griffin Park—the latter of which is more centrally-located and also includes new townhomes, but homes are typically smaller in size.
