Explore Downtown Orlando Real Estate

The center of Orlando is known for its gorgeous lakefront high-rises and historic streets. Because the downtown is composed of offices and other businesses (including shops, restaurants, and entertainment opportunities) real estate is extremely sought-after—for who doesn’t want to live close to all the action?

With a real estate market made up of glass condos and modern townhomes, this area is a great option for young professionals or those seeking investment properties. Price point ranges, but there are more affordable options available on the market for interested buyers, alongside the luxury condos overlooking the lake.

Most of the real estate in Downtown Orlando is relatively new construction, with many of the high-rise buildings under twenty years old. Because of this, buyers will typically find modern interiors, though even units in older buildings tend to have been recently renovated. In terms of condo amenities, these range from building to building, generally featuring parking, a fitness center, and a pool/spa as the basics.

Some of the most luxurious properties for sale in Orlando overlook Lake Eola. Extremely desirable, the waterfront condos in this area of the downtown don’t often stay on the market for very long, as they do offer one-of-a-kind views. Equipped with large windows, luxury upgrades, and fantastic condo amenities, these properties come with a higher price—but are most definitely worth it!
