The Greater Orlando Builders Association presented another year of industry recognition during the 2026 Parade of Homes. Now in its 73rd year, the event showcases innovative designs, craftsmanship and appeal across Central Florida communities.
This year, top honors went to active adult communities by Delray Beach-based Kolter Homes while a first-time participant turned heads with a Winter Park entry.

Kolter Homes’ Cresswind Deland was recognized with three top awards:
Grand Award for Community Design
First Place Community Award
Merit Award for the Pearl home model
The community offers resort lifestyle amenities with a focus on wellness. Residents can stay active and connected to the community through programming that includes a Smartfit training center, sports-related activities like pickleball and tennis, and culinary classes.

Cresswind Deland was one of three Kolter entries to be recognized. Others include a home design at Cresswind Hammock Oaks in Lady Lake, which earned First Place honors for its flexible layout, gathering spaces, and functionality. Two designs at the Cresswind at Lake Harris community received Merit Awards.
First time entry

Among the builders making their Parade of Homes debut was LUIH, which stands for Luxury Urban Infill Homes. The company began building in the Orlando area about two years ago and specializes in urban infill with a focus on prime locations, functional designs, and durable materials.
Their 2026 entry received industry praise that included a Growthspoter write-up. The 4 bed, 6 bath home at 1910 Glencoe Dr. in Winter Park, offers modern luxury with over 3,788 square feet of living space. Highlights include a two-story entry, chef’s kitchen with Dekton countertops, two primary suites, a spacious loft with a custom entertainment center, and a covered lanai with a fully equipped summer kitchen.
The listing remains active at $3.29 million.
