Luckily, there are still some fun things to do on Walt Disney World property even after the parks close! Generally, the parks close around 9pm so we will be giving you some ideas of what to do on property after that time. Here are some ideas to continue the fun after the day is done!
Disney Springs
Disney Springs has a ton of fun things to do and its open late! It usually closes at 11:30pm so it still gives you plenty of time to walk around, grab a bite to eat or do some shopping after the parks close.
Dining
Many of the restaurants at Disney Springs are open until 11:00 or 11:30pm! This is especially great for when you are feeling hungry after the parks close and don’t feel like grabbing something quick from your hotel or from a fast-food drive thru. Disney Springs also has a few fun things to do besides eating and shopping. You can experience a little thrill on a hot air balloon, go bowling or even catch a movie at AMC Theaters.
Aerophile
After the parks close, if you are still looking for a little thrill, you must experience Aerophile! Aerophile is the world’s largest, hand-painted helium balloon. It gently lifts you high in the air over Disney Springs and you will experience breath-taking views of Orlando. Aerophile is for all ages and is open until 11pm. There is an additional charge to experience this, but it is well worth it!
Splitsville
Did you know that Walt Disney World has their own bowling alley? That’s right! Head on over to Splitsville in Disney Springs and enjoy an upscale spin on bowling! There is also a restaurant here so you can grab a bite to eat before, during, or after bowling! Splitsville is open until 11pm.
AMC Dine In Theater
Disney Springs also has their very own movie theater. You can enjoy the latest blockbuster movie and have a delicious meal served to you right at your seat. AMC Theater is open until 11pm.
Resort Hopping
Resort Hopping is one of the most fun things that you can do after the parks are closed. Most of the time, the resort restaurants and gift shops are still open, and it is a wonderful opportunity to check out the resorts to see if you would like to stay there during your next visit.
Resort Dining
If you would rather dine at a resort rather than at Disney Springs, there are still a lot of great late night dining options. You have your choice of everything from a quick grab-and-go to signature fine dining!
