Disney featuring 19 menu items for America’s 250th Anniversary

Walt Disney World Resort is serving up a festive selection of dishes for America's Semiquincentennial. Themed menu items can be found throughout hotel and park properties as part of the “Disney Celebrates America” campaign of company-wide events honoring the 250th Anniversary of the United States.

A total of 19 cakes, shakes, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at select locations across the resort beginning June 15.

Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter

Fourth of July Beignets: Cinnamon sugar-dusted beignets with marshmallow sauce and apple pie filling - available at Scat Cat’s Club Café and Lounge.

Disney’s Contemporary Resort

Fourth of July Cake: Strawberry and lemon mousse and confetti cake covered in a hard chocolate shell - available at Contempo Cafe.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

Strawberry Cheesecake: Vanilla bean cheesecake, strawberry coulis, and white chocolate collar - available at The Mara (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and Barcelona Lounge (Coronado Springs) - photos not available.

Disney’s BoardWalk

Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake: Vanilla sponge, strawberry filling, chantilly cream, and white chocolate pinwheel - available at BoardWalk Deli.

S'morin' Across America Milk Shake: S’mores milk shake, toasted marshmallow, graham cracker, and Soarin’ hang glider - available now at Sunshine Seasons.

Sam Eagle Star-Spangled Shortcake: Vanilla cake with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, whipped cream, star sprinkles with a Sam Eagle chocolate coin and The 1776: Blue raspberry, Sprite, and strawberry fruit juice-filled pearls (Non-alcoholic) - both are available at Craft Drafts & Barbecue.

Magic Kingdom Park

Berry Shortcake: Shortcake topped with mixed berries, whipped cream, and patriotic sprinkles - available at Columbia Harbour House.

Red, White, and Blue Funnel Cake and Red, White, and Blue Waffle: mixed berries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and festive sprinkles. Red, White, and Blue Slushy: Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry and Fanta Cherry layered with whipped cream and topped with popping candies (Non-alcoholic) - all three are available at Sleepy Hollow.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Red Velvet Riveter: Red velvet cake with fudge filling topped with cream cheese icing, ginger streusel, star sprinkles, and a chocolate piece - currently available at Rosie’s All-American Cafe.

Besides the food, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review at Disney's Fort Wilderness will offer a special mug with the choice of alcoholic beverage, while supplies last.
