The second remarkable thing about this deal is that it closed in just 7 days. This bucks the trend in the luxury home market in Orlando which has seen a slight pull back over the past 45+ days. With days on market climbing and the average sale for homes in the luxury price points closing slightly under the asking price. That said, this is such a special home. It just took getting it within a fair market value for buyers to jump on it.
