Retail and dining options are growing at the South of Downtown Orlando (SoDO) district, and luxury pickleball will be added to the list with Hamlin House Paddle & Social Club at 231 W. Grant Street.
Finishing touches are under way at the 28,000-square-foot facility, doors are expected to open before the end of the year. The club is co-owned by Michelle and Ryan DeVos, who also back Major League Pickleball's Orlando Squeeze franchise. State-of-the-art services begin with seven courts: three indoor, two shaded outdoor, and two fully outdoor. Each will feature high-quality surfaces and spectator spaces, but what will set Hamlin House apart is the amenities.

Furnishings will be curated for a “living room” atmosphere and the social calendar will be filled with brand collaborations, community gatherings, and networking opportunities. Guests can take part in individual and group lessons, clinics, and drills for all skill levels with a staff of pickleball pros. Hamlin House is currently hiring for a pro position to organize and facilitate leagues and tournament play.

The dining program is developed in partnership with Michelin star Chef John Fraser.
The food and beverage program will also be next-level, developed in partnership with Michelin-star Chef John Fraser of JF Restaurants. A full-service restaurant includes lunch and dinner menus and a café offers coffee, smoothies, lite bites, and other all-day options. Menu items will also be available via courtside service and at an outdoor patio.
Hamlin House access will be members-only with two-tiers of membership options. Registration has opened for individuals, couples and families, and corporate memberships.
