As one of the most popular areas in Central Florida, Winter Garden has a lot to offer. This area is home to many popular neighborhoods such as Winding Bay, Audubon Park, and Metro West. There’s a wide variety of prices and types of homes in Winter Garden, for students, families, and vacationers. Winding Bay specifically has homes ranging from the mid $400’s to $1 Million.

Throughout the other parts of Winter Garden, price ranges can be seen as low as the $200’s for a condo, all the way up to $3-5 Million for a luxury estate. The average home price in this area is in the mid $600’s for a single family home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

When it comes to food and entertainment, Winter Garden is close to pretty much everything. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment options on the North and South sides of 429. The Walt Disney World Resort is within 10-15 minutes depending where you are in the area, and Universal is about 15-20 minutes as well.
