History and More

Emilia and her husband embarked on their American journey in 2013, driven by the vision of sharing the authentic flavors of Italy with the Winter Park community. Drawing from recipes passed down through generations, Rome’s Flavours originally started as a gelato shop until it slowly became more than just a restaurant—it became a celebration of Italian culture.

There is a plethora of outdoor seating to enjoy on a beautiful breezy day, with plenty of tables for small and larger parties inside as well. The black, white, and warm colored decor includes images of popular landmarks, Italian streets, and well-known dishes and small bites.

Homemade Pasta

At Rome’s Flavours, pasta isn’t just a dish; it's an art form.

Every day, fresh dough is meticulously crafted using natural yeast, organic flours, and San Benedetto water imported directly from Italy, right in front of the guests! This commitment to quality and tradition ensures that each bite of their homemade pasta dishes is a culinary masterpiece.

When we took our own trip to the small pocket of Rome, we decided on one of the surprise specials that were offered at the table — a Buffalo-Mozzarella Pizza topped with Arugula and Truffle! Make sure to try this great dish before they switch up their specials again.
