Pasta lovers can enjoy any of these proteins in a delicious Alfredo dish, and meat lovers can choose from the largest selection on the menu, with offerings like tender skirt steaks, marinated chicken breast, and so much more.
The biggest recommendation for an appetizer is the Queso Frito, a small group of fried blocks of cheese that both crunch and melt in your mouth once you bite into them. They come with a side of sweet guava but they taste perfect all on their own!
One of the best entrees on the menu has to be the Bistec Encebollado, a steak that is cooked to perfection and complemented with caramelized onions for a burst of flavor.

If you’re unfamiliar with mofongo, it is a traditional and iconic dish in Latin American cuisine, particularly associated with Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. It is a flavorful and hearty dish made primarily from plantains, which are green, unripe bananas. At Gozamba, they have a seperate menu just for their famous mofongo dishes, typically consisting of mashed plantains mixed with various ingredients such as garlic, olive oil, and proteins of choice, such as chicken or pork. We tried the mofongo with chicken breast and had none left over to take home!
