With Halloween just around the corner, I’ve been feeling incredibly inspired by small shops in Orlando. Especially those who specialize in everything spiritual and metaphysical from crystals, to incense and more! This week we visited Orlando’s longest running independent spiritual bookstore, Spiral Circle Metaphysical Bookstore. This shop is located in Mills 50, and I was astounded by all of the incredibly cool and spooky things they had for sale in their shop!
The Ambiance
As soon as I entered Spiral Circle, the first thing I noticed was the smell! It smelled incredible here, like incense and fresh herbs. This shop is way bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. There are several different rooms throughout, with differing items to offer in each one. There was also an aura of calm in the atmosphere, and the staff working were all so pleasant and helpful in answering my questions!
Worthwhile Wares
I can’t even begin to describe how many unique items Spiral Circle had to offer, but I’ll do my best to name as many as I can! One of my favorites were the biodegradable lollipops. They come in several different flavors with a biodegradable stick, which you can plant for flowers and herbs! I haven’t tried these yet but I purchased two and I can’t wait to add them to my garden!
The most popular items seemed to be the essential oils, candles, incense, and crystals. The essential oils area was also filled with bath bombs and epsom salts. There were also several different vitamins and herbal remedies for different ailments, like immunity boosters and moisturizers. The candles and incense were some of my favorites to look through because there were such a multitude of scents and options to choose from. There were even ones to match your zodiac sign or your enneagram number!
The crystals were beautiful as well, and I was astounded by how many there were to look at. I chose one that is supposed to help me be more creative, which I hope is true for the sake of these articles! They also had fun crystals like some that were shaped into Baby Grogu forms from Star Wars. There were also Pokemon shapes like Charizard, and classic shapes like hearts and stars.
This location is also primarily a bookstore so there are so many different topics and conversation starters to page through, along with tarot cards and stickers galore. We visited while they were still bringing out their Halloween inventory, so we will definitely have to go back again soon to see all of the new spooky items they will have to offer this season!
Overall
Spiral Circle Metaphysical Bookstore is such an exciting place to visit all year round, but in particular during the Halloween season when they bring out special spooky wares. Helpful staff will help guide you to what you are looking for and teach you all about the different items that they carry! Mills 50
