By Holley Long

Something exciting is almost complete right next to the Walt Disney World Resort area! Under construction just outside of Disney Springs is Evermore, a 1,000+ acre vacation resort. A redevelopment of the former Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort, Evermore, when finished, will offer guests a full range of experiences, from low-key to luxury.

Read on to learn what to expect from this upcoming resort!

Accommodations

Evermore will have many different types of accommodations suitable for travel parties of any size.

Highly anticipated is Conrad Orlando, a 433-room hotel with five restaurants and lounges serving unique cuisines. The hotel also has a motor coach that can take guests to Walt Disney World, which is just a few miles away.

Other accommodations include 4-bedroom flats with a water view, villas with golf course views, and giant homes with private pools. With full kitchens and large gathering areas, these lodgings have more space for families to relax, connect, and enjoy the comforts of home while on vacation.

Facilities

Aside from lodging, Evermore includes plenty of space for work events, weddings, and parties of varying sizes. The resort has meeting rooms and a host of event venues, including ballrooms and a boathouse with tremendous views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Outside, there are even more awe-inducing sights. A nature preserve, water garden, and golf course would be enough to entice guests, but what really sets Evermore apart is the Crystal Lagoon, an 8-acre, 17-million gallon body of water. It’s the first of its kind in Orlando, and with a sandy beach around it, the lagoon brings the beach experience to Central Florida.

Activities and Amenities

Once open, Evermore will have activities and amenities for guests of all ages. Those who like to stay active during vacation can enjoy everything from kayaking and paddle boarding on the Crystal Lagoon, playing a round of golf, taking classes at the fitness center, or slipping down a water slide and plunging into the 12-foot deep Blue Hole from a rope swing.

Guests looking for a little R&R will find plenty of leisurely activities. The Spa at Conrad Orlando offers massages, facials, salon services, and more to put guests in a blissful state. Besides the spa, there are guided meditation sessions to participate in or pools to lounge by (and a private cabana could elevate that lounging). With a movie night on the beach to cap off the relaxation, guests will be left wondering if they should extend their Orlando vacation.
