What's Mochi?

Combining the chewiness of traditional Japanese mochi with the shape and versatility of a donut, these treats offer a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Unlike traditional donuts, which are fried, mochi donuts are often baked, resulting in a lighter and slightly chewy texture. The dough is typically made from glutinous rice flour, giving it its characteristic chewiness, while various flavorings and toppings add depth and variety to the taste. Dochi combines the combo of the two, using Japanese inspired ingredients but frying it like a traditional American donut.

Flavors and Taste of Dochi's Donuts

At Dochi, patrons are treated to a diverse array of flavors that include classic American flavors like cookies and cream and Japanese infused flavors like matcha Oreo. Each donut is lovingly crafted with attention to detail, ensuring a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. Whether enjoyed with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or as a standalone treat, Dochi's mochi donuts are sure to leave a lasting impression.
