Tank America Orlando is an outdoor adventure attraction that offers visitors the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience what it’s like to drive and operate an actual military tank! We got to enjoy this experience first-hand earlier this year, and it was unlike anything else you'll find here in Orlando!
How It Works
Tank America is designed to provide participants with an adrenaline-pumping experience, allowing them to navigate through specially designed courses using a 17-ton FV 433 Abbot.
*Note: You must be 16 or older to drive the tank and passengers must be at least 55 inches tall.
Upon signing a waiver and depending on the add-ons chosen, participants get the chance to take control of tanks and simulate combat scenarios, speed through obstacles and terrain like mud holes and hills, or even crush cars!
Tank America, in partnership with Machine Gun America, also offers visitors a discounted price to access the gun range facilities (at a different location) that is included in some packages.
Packages & Add-Ons
Basic Tank Training ($299)
The most affordable package offered is the traditional tank ride that allows one rider to navigate through a course of rugged terrain, steep slopes, and muddy obstacles as they get a taste of what it’s like to operate forbidden military equipment. All packages come with 2 laps around the track, which takes approximately 30 minutes.
Commander Package ($599)
The second tier package offered includes the tank ride as well as the chance to drive “combat locked up”, a challenge in which participants get to drive the tank with all the hatches fully closed, just like in real battle!
Advanced Tank Package ($999)
For the third tier package, participants can level up their unforgettable experience by crushing an actual car with their tank! This package also includes an exhilarating mud hole experience and a complimentary passenger pass so that a friend can tag along too.
Ultimate Combat Experience ($1,299)
Any daredevil who takes on the fourth tier package can expect all of the crazy opportunities mentioned above PLUS a scrap car obstacle course that is sure to bring out the action star in anyone! Don’t forget to bring a friend as this package also includes a passenger pass.
Elite Package ($1,591)
For their final and priciest package, participants can truly enjoy everything that Tank America has to offer as this includes all of the mentioned features plus the choice of 5 machine guns to shoot from at their shooting range.
Some other common add-ons include the passenger pass ($50 per person), video package ($75), and additional laps ($150).
Private Events
For those looking to have some private fun with their friends or co-workers, Tank America can host any group events during public and private hours. Groups of 10+ can reach out and request a quote, guaranteeing the best price for the best action-packed experience around.
