Dr. Phillips is a vibrant suburb in Orlando best known for its upscale homes and close proximity to the city’s prime tourist attractions. Named for the citrus magnate, Dr. Phillip Phillips, this area spans across the 32819 and 32836 ZIP Codes.
Location couldn’t be more prime when it comes to residing in Dr. Phillips. Locals find themselves just five minutes from Universal Orlando, 10 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando, 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, and about 30 minutes from downtown.

It’s still in development, but over the last few years, O-Town West has become home to a variety of new restaurants like Gators Dockside, World of Beer, and Jeff’s Bagel Run, as well as other local businesses.
Tourism is sure to be on the rise in this area as Marriott World Vacations brings a 300,000 square foot corporate headquarters to the town. Tower Hotel will also be making its way to the area, ultimately boosting Orlando’s notoriety as a hospitality hub.
