What is Nobu Hotel?
The Nobu Hotel brand is a part of the AIC Hotel Group, the brainchild of renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and film producer Meir Teper, who also own other properties such as multiple Hard Rock Hotels.

Where is it going to be?
Set on approximately 50 acres of prime real estate, this eagerly anticipated development by AIC Hotel Group promises to raise the bar of hospitality in the city's tourism district.
The property is adjacent to the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas and north of both the Marriott Sabal Palms and Marriott World Center. Moreover, it will enjoy close proximity to Walt Disney World as it will be just east of Disney Springs.
Formerly occupied by Great Wolf Resorts, known for their expansive indoor water parks under the Great Wolf Lodge brand, the location now holds immense promise for an exciting new venture for the city of Orlando.
Development Plans + Amenities
Envisioned as a sprawling complex across four hotels that will have a combined total of 1,934 rooms, it's set to be a destination unto itself. The resort will feature an impressive amount of dining options, with 16 restaurants offering seating for up to 2,600 guests. Additionally, an entertainment venue with a capacity for 1,625 guests will be available to help provide unforgettable experiences.

The development also includes 270 apartments designated as Club Membership Units, offering a unique blend of residential and resort-style living.
The amenities will include a luxurious 26,000-square-foot spa that promises indulgent relaxation, multiple pools, waterslides, and a lazy river that will provide endless entertainment for guests of all ages.
Central to the resort's design is an exciting dining, retail, and entertainment village that will serve as the communal center of the property. With over 100,000 square feet of food and beverage space, nearly 35,000 square feet of retail offerings, and ample event space spanning 73,225 square feet, Nobu Hotel Orlando is poised to set a new standard for luxury hospitality in the center of Orlando's tourism district.
