At 10-15 minutes from Disney, ChampionsGate has a number of desirable amenities. Mixing commercial and residential, those who live in the area are never far from shops, restaurants, and entertainment. ChampionsGate is also just south of Reunion, a private, luxury resort community. The center of the community lies at the intersection of ChampionsGate Boulevard and Legends Boulevard. Nearby condo communities include Bella Trae, the Preserve at ChampionsGate, ChampionsVue Apartments, and The Glades At ChampionsGate (the area's retirement community).
Neighborhoods in ChampionsGate do have HOA fees, but these can be combined with golf and tennis memberships. Amenities include lawn maintenance, tennis courts, and in-home security systems, as well as access to the clubhouse. This includes resort-style pools, a fitness studio and spa, 24-hour gated entry, and more.
