Explore ChampionsGate Homes For Sale

ChampionsGate features a wide range of property types, from single-family homes to condos and apartments with rental opportunities. This neighborhood appeals primarily to retirees and families, especially buyers who enjoy teeing off every once in a while. ChampionsGate also has a selection of private neighborhoods.

Generally considered to be an alternative to Reunion living, single-family homes for sale make up a significant portion of the market. ChampionsGate homes, as a general rule, lean towards the popular Mediterranean style, with stucco exteriors and distinctive curved roof tiles. Because of the great location, some residents do choose to own a single-family home as an investment property or rent it out as a vacation home during specific months of the year. Some neighborhoods include The Retreat at ChampionsGate, The Country Club, Stoneybrook South, The Estates, and The Champions Club.

For home interiors, homes usually have between 1,700 square feet and 3,900 square feet, with the latter being the estate-sized properties which back onto the golf course. Additionally, detached homes have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, reaching six bedrooms in the biggest layouts. Popular features include multiple car garages, high-end finishes (such as quartz countertops, crown molding, and updated fixtures), guest suites, and backyard pools. Single-family homes are located within the boundaries of the golf course.

ChampionsGate also has an assortment of condo and townhome communities, almost all of which are located surrounding the golf course as opposed to within it. The Meadows at ChampionsGate is the exception, which is found at the northern entrance of the golf course. Nearby condo communities include Bella Trae, the Preserve at ChampionsGate, ChampionsVue Apartments, and The Glades At ChampionsGate (the area's retirement community).

Neighborhoods in ChampionsGate do have HOA fees, but these can be combined with golf and tennis memberships. Amenities include lawn maintenance, tennis courts, and in-home security systems, as well as access to the clubhouse. This includes resort-style pools, a fitness studio and spa, 24-hour gated entry, and more.
