What’s on the Menu
Italian cuisine is notorious for consisting of a variety of different pastas, meats, soups and more, and luckily for us, Prato is all about variety.
You can order antipasti such as fennel arancini, pretzel-crusted calamari, crescenza crostini, yellowfin tuna crudo and beef carpaccio. Under the forno a legna section, you’ll find delicious shareables such as red wine marinated olives, cedar key clams and Prato meatballs. For soups and salads, you can get broccoli and leek soup, escarole caesar, campagna and asparagus “primavera.”
Prato Meatballs
Prato also serves pizzas by the pie. You can order a margherita pizza, a fiorentina pizza, a widowmaker pizza, a diavolo pizza, a funghi pizza and a “l’anima” pizza.
As for pasta, try out the black pepper campanelle, bolognese, spinach ravioli, mustard spaghettini “cacio e pepe,” squid ink conchiglie, lamb pansotti and potato gnocchi. Most of the pastas can be ordered in either full or half portions.

Under the secondi section, you can order the atlantic swordfish, flat iron steak, duck or veal “milanese,” as well as the roasted broccoli from the contorni section.
As for drinks, you can order all sorts of wines, as well as mixed drinks such as “beets me!,” field day, caballo romano, costa costa, ciao bella, cetriolo and Italian citrus.
Don’t forget to make room for something sweet after the main course. There are also desserts like gelato and sorbetto, brown butter panna cotta and tiramisu.
The Vibes
The dim indoor lighting combined with the floor to ceiling windows help bring about a relaxing and classy vibe to the dining experience. The cozy booths and tables offer a comfortable space for you and your loved ones to grow closer and create lasting memories over sensational foods!
Even better, Prato has a killer playlist, so you should definitely add this restaurant to your list of awesome dinner spots.
Overall
Restaurants are far more enjoyable when their chefs modernize the classic, cultural flavors we know and love and do so successfully. Thankfully, Prato is one of those enjoyable restaurants. If you’re searching for a different, unique kind of Italian cuisine, then your search ends here!
