History
Back in 1889, the Atlanta Stove Works Factory could be found somewhere in one of the most remote deserts in Georgia. One year, the factory introduced to the world the revolutionary Barrett Range, crafted from cast iron and revolutionizing cooking methods. This led to the creation of the very first Superica restaurant, a dining destination offering a fusion of Mexican and American cuisine that now sits in the fully restored factory.
Over a century later, now with 12 locations spread across Southern America, Superica invites everyone to savor delicious dishes, surrounded by the rich soul of Texas history, preserving the spirit of the Western and Southwestern United States.

Located within Winter Park’s brand new Palm Hill Plaza is Superica’s delicious cuisine, one of the newest businesses to hit the spot as the plaza slowly populates with up and coming opportunities.
Inside, Superica exhibits a stunning blend of modern and Mexican-inspired aesthetics, featuring tall ceilings, contemporary decor, and dim lighting that feels just like the cozy ambiance of a desert fireside. During our visit, we couldn't resist indulging in some favorites, including zesty nachos with salsa, a scrumptious chicken quesadilla, and a mouthwatering al pastor taco. If you don’t have a favorite Tex-Mex spot yet, this might just be the one!
