Winter Garden, located just off of State Road 429 and Florida’s Turnpike, is a historic city tucked up against Lake Apopka. Its downtown area has over 25 buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As of 2021, its population was roughly 46,500.

There are a number of neighborhoods within the city, each offering something a little bit different. Directly to the west is the small town of Oakland, with Horizon West and Windermere to the south, and the city of Ocoee to the east.
