The Pozek Group team assisted a seller with a home in Lake Nona in the East Park community, closing at $550,000 earlier this month.

The Home

Built in 2005, the two-story home has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. From the outside, where you can see a double garage, large front porch, and long upstairs balcony, it’s easy to imagine the amount of space inside.

The front door opens into a welcoming space that can be used as a formal living and dining room, while space for a more casual family room is located at the back of the first floor. Window and glass doors throughout the home let in Florida sunshine and offer views of the side courtyard and backyard, as well as the greenery the home backs into— with no rear…

The Home

This two-story, 5 bedroom, and 4.5 bathroom home is stunning from top to bottom, and if there’s one thing to highlight it’s that there is a LOT of space. An open floor plan puts the spacious kitchen and living room in the same area, but off on either side of the home’s entry are two flexible rooms to be used for whatever purpose, like an office, a formal dining room, a private sitting room, or something else.

Immediately upon reaching the second floor, you’ll enter a gigantic loft, complete with a bar (we know who we want hosting sports parties). The…

Orlando’s Packing District dates back almost a hundred years, originating with citrus producer Dr. Phillip Phillips' vision of sharing Florida oranges with the world. Now, the once-industrial area is coming back to life.

Dr. Phillips Charities is behind the $700-million project, which began in 2018, making the 202-acre site new again with homes, workout facilities, eateries, and more. Below we’ve highlighted some of what’s to come for the revitalized area.

The Brix

One of the biggest things under construction at the Packing District is the Brix by Toll Brothers. Located on Princeton Street and just east of John Young Parkway, the community includes 135 luxury townhomes, priced from the high $500’s to the low $800’s.
